The trip itinerary is almost complete. Nothing has been taken out, we are just adding more things to do, including several zip-line excursions, drift-diving with sharks (no, not with Great Whites), and several wine tours.
I am definitely starting to bounce off the walls, and not because I just ingested a large Mountain Dew...
